BANJALUKA - President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik stated Tuesday that Minister of Internal Affairs Dragan Lukac is supported by Srpska’s officials because he is a hero who led the defence of the Serbs in which he was wounded six or seven times and that he is not a criminal.

BANJALUKA - President Milorad Dodik says it is unprecedented in a political history or system to impose sanctions on an opposition member and that Nikola Spiric’s sole responsibility is that he did not want to support the depressing and anti-Serb activities of the Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

BANJALUKA - President Milorad Dodik stated Tuesday in Banjaluka it was humiliating that the BiH Court sentenced Mensur Djakic to two years in prison and acquitted Begzad Kajtazi of a crime committed against Serbs in the village of Bukvik outside Brcko in 1992.

PRIJEDOR - Director of the Fund for Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities of Republika Srpska, Ranko Vuckovic, stated on Tuesday that the Fund’s business results in the first eight months of this year are positive and that the planned revenue has been realised with the index of 112 per cent, as well as that the surplus of revenue over expenditures is around BAM350.000.

BANJALUKA - The SNSD qualified the US State Department sanctions against the party vice-president Nikola Spiric as yet another poor result of US Ambassador Maureen Cormack who “ingloriously ends her wasted tenure during which she poisoned the relations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, fully supporting the policy of Bakir Izetbegovic and his parties SDA and SDS.”

BANJALUKA - The Municipality of Celinac condemned the conduct of Drasko Stanivukovic, a PDP candidate for member of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, during a bridge ground-breaking ceremony in the local community, and asserted that Stanivukovic demonstrated primitiveness and disrespect of citizens and institutions – the municipality of Celinac, Government and president of Republika Srpska.

PRIJEDOR - Mayor of Prijedor Milenko Djakovic hosted a reception for 57 Roma elementary school pupils on Tuesday and delivered them school bags and supplies.

LOPARE - Mayor of Lopare Rado Savic handed in decisions on full-time employment to two children of fallen veterans of the Army of Republika Srpska from the Majevica municipality on Tuesday, announcing that one more child of a fallen veteran with a higher education degree will be employed in the upcoming months.


BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

SARAJEVO - The House of Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina unanimously adopted the bill on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code implementing a decision of the Constitutional Court on Tuesday.

SARAJEVO - Vice-president of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council Ruzica Jukic told Srna the police agencies and BiH Prosecutor’s Office are obstructing investigations of frequent threats against and attacks on judicial officials and asserted that “someone really wants some things to happen to people.”

SARAJEVO – In its 2018 report on BiH, the European Commission reveals the country’s weaknesses and ties it to the problems of the ruling coalition, said Sredoje Novic, a Serb delegate in the BiH House of Peoples.

DOBOJ - Mladen Ivanic, the member of the BiH Presidency from Republika Srpska, stated that the annual event “Tea Days on Ozren” might turn into a beautiful tourism event and become a regional brand.

SARAJEVO - Mario Karamatic of the Croatian Peasant Party /HSS/, a Croat delegate in the BiH House of Peoples, accused the current Council of Ministers of failing to implement the House’s decisions.


FEDERATION OF BiH

DOBOJ - Head of the national association Zavidovicani with the seat in Doboj Zoran Blagojevic condemned an act of vandalism in which a memorial plaque in Gostovic in Zavidovici in the Federation of BiH, where the Mujahideen killed 64 captured Serb soldiers and civilians 23 years ago, was broken.

BELGRADE - French President Emmanuel Macron will visit Serbia in early December, said Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

ALIBUNAR - Serbia opened its first wind farm in the Vojvodina municipality of Alibunar on Tuesday with a capacity of 42 megawatts, whose total value is EUR80 million.


WORLD

MOSCOW - Washington's threats to use force against Syria are part of its ongoing blackmail policy, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov told reporters on Tuesday.

2018 ELECTIONS

BANJALUKA - The United Srpska party condemns the provocations, inappropriate, indecent and primitive activities during the election campaign such as causing of incidents or destruction of other parties’ billboards.

BIJELJINA - The Socialist Party City Board in Bijeljina organised a signing of agreements on the mutual rights and obligations between Socialists and citizens in the city on Tuesday.

BIJELJINA - Tomica Stojanovic, the first candidate on the list of candidates for the National Assembly of Republika Srpska in constituency six, says the Alliance for Victory’s triumph in the elections is already certain.
