BANJALUKA - Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, has sent a congratulatory note to the newly elected Republika Srpska President, Zeljka Cvijanovic, wishing her health, well-being and success in a responsible leading position in Republika Srpska.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

SARAJEVO - The BiH Court has received an indictment forwarded by the BiH Prosecutor's Office against former General Atif Dudakovic and 16 commanders and members of the 5th Corps of the so-called BiH Army, charging them with crimes against Serb civilians and prisoners of war in the Krajina region in 1995, this judicial institution confirmed to SRNA.

SARAJEVO - A mortal remains of an individual, a victim from the previous war, have been exhumed at the local graveyard in the municipality of Pale, the BiH Prosecutor's Office has announced.

SARAJEVO - The Municipal Court Sarajevo has ordered one-month custody to a person with initials S.H. on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of violating voters' freedom of choice.
