BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 22 /SRNA/ - The National Assembly of Republika Srpska convened today in Banjaluka. The agenda of the regular 12th meeting was adopted and it was widened, at the proposal of the Government, to include four new items among which is a proposed bill on special expropriation procedure for the construction of an airport in Trebinje which should be reviewed in an urgent procedure. Asked by MPs, Prime Minister Radovan Višković has said that the payment of monthly veterans’ supplement could start as of this month for unemployed demobilized soldiers of the Republika Srpska Army who are registered with the Employment Bureau. Višković has said that the Republika Srpska Government is discussing a program of construction of houses for young married couples who live in rural areas in underdeveloped and extremely underdeveloped municipalities.

BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 22 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Željka Cvijanović will visit today the City of Doboj where she will attend a ceremony where young married couples will be presented with keys to new apartments and will tour a construction site of a new sports hall in the Secondary School Center.

BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 22 /SRNA/ - Media and political pressure on Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Višković, which has been coming from the Federation of BiH as of late, for the alleged cover-up of a war crime, is nothing else but an attempt by political Sarajevo, headed by the SDA, to destabilize the Republika Srpska Government.

BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 22 /SRNA/ - Minister of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska Natalija Trivić has said that the 90th anniversary of operations of the Republika Srpska Museum and National Theater should be marked despite the emergency situation caused by the coronavirus, as this date has great importance for the development of culture, and expressed satisfaction with the decision to adapt the number of audience members in cultural institutions to their capacities.

BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 22 /SRNA/ - Minister of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska Natalija Trivić and the director of the Child Protection Fund of Republika Srpska, Nedeljko Jović, will sign today in Banjaluka a cooperation agreement on co-financing the stay of children without parental care and children with developmental difficulties in pre-school institutions.

SARAJEVO, SEPTEMBER 22 /SRNA/ - The purchase of industrial plants increased by 108.2 percent in the second quarter of the year in BiH compared to the same period of last year and the purchase of other products increased by 95.6 percent.
