BANJALUKA, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - Another 225 persons in Republika Srpska tested positive for the coronavirus and eight persons died, says the Institute of Public Health.

BANJALUKA, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - Minister of Health and Social Welfare of Republika Srpska Alen Šeranić has said that the number of people who tested positive for the coronavirus increased in the whole region, including Republika Srpska, and that some of the reasons, among other things, are the flow of people and migration.

SARAJEVO, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vučić said today at Sarajevo Airport that Serbia secured 10,000 doses of AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccines for the Federation of BiH /FBiH/ and that it will donate more vaccines if the BiH authorities ask for it.

SARAJEVO, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - Chairman and Serb member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik thanked Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vučić for his initiative to help BiH and donate 10,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines to the Federation of BiH /FBiH/.

SARAJEVO, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - Foreign Minister in the Council of Ministers Bisera Turković has said that AstraZeneca vaccines, which Serbia donated to the Federation of BiH /FBiH/, are very available and used, she says, mostly in poor countries.

BANJALUKA, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - DNS leader Nenad Nešić feels that BiH Foreign Minister Bisera Turković is politicizing the solidarity of Serbia and its president Aleksandar Vučić who donated 10,000 doses of AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccines to BiH.

SARAJEVO, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - The House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly did not adopt an initiative of House member Denis Bećirović to include into the order of business a request to the Council of Ministers for forming a Health Ministry at the level of BiH.

SARAJEVO, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - In the past 24 hours, 21 persons in the Federation of BiH /FBiH/ died of coronavirus and 473 persons tested positive for the virus of the 1,882 who were tested.

BELGRADE, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - The Serbian Parliament convened today and the agenda includes a proposed bill on confirming a loan agreement with the Council of Europe’s Development Bank for the project “Infrastructure in Culture” and a proposed decision on election of judges who are elected for the first time.

BELGRADE, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - Serbia’s Prime Minister Ana Brnabić said today that the continued support of Cyprus to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia is of extreme importance.

LJUBLJANA, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - In the past 24 hours, 729 persons in Slovenia tested positive for the coronavirus and nine persons died, reports the state administration.

PODGORICA, MARCH 2 /SRNA/ - A delegation of the Montenegrin Government laid a wreath today at the grave of King Nikola in Cetinje on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his death, and a group of citizens protested against it. /end/sg
