BANJALUKA, September 17 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Internal Affairs Minister Dragan Lukač has said that prospects need to be created for police officers who have already retired to receive pensions under more favorable conditions, as stipulated by a bill amending and supplementing the Law on Police and Internal Affairs. Lukač has said that, however, the money Srpska has at its disposal at the moment is not enough to resolve this issue. The Head of the SNSD Caucus in the Republika Srpska Parliament, Igor Žunić, has said that increasing pensions to police officers, among whom are those deserving of the creation of Republika Srpska, is the first step towards improving their material status.
