BANJALUKA, JANUARY 22 /SRNA/ - Promotional video of the Republika Srpska Tourism Organisation /TORS/, promoting the local offers and the beauties of Srpska, has made it to the finals at the International Tourism Fair "Fitur 2020", TORS Head Nada Jovanović told SRNA.


Jovanović pointed out that the promotional film titled "Nothing much, but much more", has attracted a lot of attention from approximately 11,000 exhibitors in Madrid.

She said this was the fourth largest trade fair in Europe, after Berlin, London and Moscow, and recalled there were 142,642 business visitors, 110,848 visitors, about 10,487 exhibitors and companies from more than 165 countries and 8,000 journalists from 68 countries at the last year’s fair.

Jovanović emphasized that the goal was to attract guests from South America as it was the only fair where they represented their market as they rarely attend such events.

"We expect this fair to attract more Spanish tourists to Srpska, who have already recognized us as an active holiday and adrenalin destination, but are also interested in our spas. A large number of young Spaniards are visiting us," Jovanović said.

She stated that the Tourism Organisation of Republika Srpska will present the overall tourist offer at the fair’s exhibition space, that is, a joint stand with the tourist agency "DMC Fortuna Tours" from Mostar,

"We will present winter offer, Jahorina, Kozara and small ski resorts, that is, i.e. destinations for active holidays, short vacation offers with touring cultural and historical sites, national parks offers, events attractive for young people which take part in the summertime, and spa tourism and gastronomy offers", specified Jovanović.

The Madrid fair will end on Sunday, January 26. /end/vos
