BANJALUKA, FEBRUARY 18 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Višković has said that the emigration of youth from these parts is a complex issue and that the Government is undertaking assorted measures in an effort to stop it. “This is also a sociological and economic issue, and maybe the issue of legal certainty in BiH and the issue of whether they see here a future for their children,” Višković told the National Assembly of Republika Srpska when answering questions from members of Parliament.
