BIJELJINA, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - Covid-19 did not enter health institutions in Bijeljina where 21 people tested positive for the coronavirus today, including health care providers, said Jela Aćimović, an epidemiologist of the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska.


BIJELJINA, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - Bijeljina Mayor Mićo Mićić said today that the epidemiological situation in the city is very serious after 21 new cases of the coronavirus infection were confirmed today in the area of Semberija and Majevica, and previously there were only 25 infections in the city since the beginning of the epidemic.

FOČA, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - The Municipal HQ for Emergency Situations said at a meeting today that the epidemiological situation worsened in the areas of Gornje Podrinje and Herzegovina and that everyone should be warned about face masks wearing, keeping social distancing and disinfection.

PALE, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - Commander of the Pale HQ for Emergency Situations Boško Jugović has said that the number of people with the coronavirus who have mild symptoms increased in the area of that local community and that it is now harder to control the situation and virus transmission.

LJUBINJE, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - Three persons who have recently tested positive for the coronavirus in Ljubinje are contacts of persons who previously contracted the disease – they are two younger people and one elderly person, acting director of the Ljubinje Health Center Svjetlana Vojčić told Srna.

SREBRENICA, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - Three persons in Srebrenica are infected with the coronavirus, it was confirmed today at a meeting of the HQ for Emergency Situations which, due to the deteriorated epidemiological situation, ordered preventive measures to be reinforced.

BANJALUKA, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - Banjaluka Mayor Igor Radojičić has said that it is estimated that there is no reason to take new, more drastic measures in the city due to the coronavirus, pointing out that possible introduction of such measures would produce bad results for the economy.

BANJALUKA, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - 1,522 tourist vouchers have been issued in Republika Srpska since June 15 as incentives to citizens to use the accommodation in hospitality establishments, says a press release from the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of Srpska.

EAST SARAJEVO, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - Minister for Scientific Development, Higher Education and Information Society of Republika Srpska Srđan Rajčević said today that the authorities will not give up the construction of student dormitories in East Sarajevo and that there are plans to build a new rectorat building and a Music Academy building.
