SARAJEVO, FEBRUARY 19 /SRNA/ - The BiH Presidency today adopted a conclusion with two votes for and one against and set March 2 and March 3 as dates for an official visit by Montenegrin President Milo Đukanović.

Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić and Bosniak member Šefik Džaferović voted for the visit by the Montenegrin president, and Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik voted against.

Dodik declared the conclusion destructive to the vital entity interest, says a press release from the BiH Presidency.

The decision on accepting a status agreement between BiH and the EU on activities carried out in BiH by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency was adopted in the same way.

The Serb member of the Presidency declared this decision also destructive to the vital entity interest.

The press release says that Dodik will submit written statements on the said conclusion and decision to members of the Presidency and the National Assembly of Republika Srpska. If the National Assembly of Republika Srpska confirms the statements within a ten-day deadline, the conclusion and the decision of the BiH Presidency will not enter into force.

The BiH Presidency voted for a decision to reject a plea for pardon of two convicts.

After a debate, with two votes for / Komšić and Džaferović/ and one vote against /Dodik/, the Presidency failed to reach consensus on decisions to conclude and ratify agreements, and the Chairman of the BiH Presidency will include these items in the order of business of the next meeting of the Presidency in keeping with Article 42 of Rules of Procedure of the BiH Presidency. /end/sg
