POSITIONS OF PIC, WITHOUT PARTICIPATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, ARE NOT LEGITIMATE

SARAJEVO, DECEMBER 5 /SRNA/ - The Peace Implementation Council /PIC/ is not a Dayton institution, nor are the views of this body legitimate without the participation of the Russian Federation, the Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac told SRNA.

Košarac indicated that, therefore, the conclusions from the past two-day "Sarajevo meeting" of the self-organized group of ambassadors under the patronage of the evil duo Christian Schmidt and Michael Murphy are not binding. "It is a classic pamphlet that does not reflect the truth and the factual situation. Everything that this informal group does is in the function of Bosniak policies and maintaining the lie and hoax called Christian Schmidt," Košarac pointed out. He repeated that the concept of state property does not exist in the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Dayton Agreement established that Republika Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina have ownership of the property. Košarac stated that it is obvious that the law on the so-called state property is the subject of discussions with the opposition parties in Republika Srpska. "According to the information we have from partners at the BiH level, the opposition is a regular visitor to the American Embassy in Sarajevo and wants to introduce a new modality for passing certain legal solutions in synergy with Murphy and Schmidt," he stressed. Košarac warned that certain members of the opposition are playing a proactive role in proposing laws that will not reflect the official policy of the institutions of Republika Srpska, and would be dear and suitable solutions for FBiH. "They will try to achieve this in the House of Peoples and in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, in order to further complicate the political situation in BiH and maintain their status as favorites of Western embassies," he pointed out. Stating that their intentions have long been recognized, Košarac said that the representatives of Republika Srpska know how to protect Srpska, its property and constitutional capacity.
