OBVIOUS CONNECTION BETWEEN COURT AND PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BiH

EAST SARAJEVO, DECEMBER 5 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik has said that the trial against him is a farce and that there is an obvious connection between the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

"This is clear; we will see how it will proceed," Dodik said at a press conference in East Sarajevo following today’s hearing at the Court of BiH. Dodik thanked his associates, the defense team, and everyone who consistently showed up during this farce of a trial in Sarajevo to support those working in the interest of Republika Srpska. Dodik has said that his attendance at the trial is unwarranted, emphasizing that he had attended a conference in Zurich the day before and that the court scheduled the hearing for today out of cynicism, forcing him to travel early to attend. "The only result is that I have a migraine," Dodik said. Today's hearing at the Court of BiH involved Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić, the acting director of the "Official Gazette," over allegations of failing to comply with decisions made by Christian Schmidt, the High Representative for BiH. The defense presented additional evidence, including a United Nations Security Council record dated July 22, 2021, to support their argument that Schmidt’s appointment did not adhere to Annex 10 of the Dayton Agreement.
