TADIĆ: DODIK TRYING TO RESTORE RESPECT FOR CONSTITUTION AND LAWS IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF BiH
SARAJEVO, FEBRUARY 8 /SRNA/ - Lawyer Ognjen Tadić says that, as just as US President Donald Trump is trying to restore the International Criminal Court within the limits of respect for the Statute of that court, Republika Srpska President, Milorad Dodik is trying to restore the respect for the constitution and laws of this country in the Constitutional Court of BiH.
"The abuse of judicial institutions is the main characteristic of anti-democratic and anti-sovereign forces", Tadić told SRNA and added that a trend of judicial authorities alienating themselves from their own countries and the awareness of it being one of the three branches of government that must implement the people’s will has been lasting for too long. Stating that the example of BiH is an obvious proof of the alienation of judicial authorities, Tadić pointed out that the constitutions and laws of this country mean almost nothing to the Constitutional Court of BiH, the Court of BiH, and others when they contain something that is contrary to the interests of organised crime, the intelligence sector or what influential foreigners want, such as US Ambassador Michael Murphy or Christian Schmidt. "We are witnessing that just as US President Donald Trump is trying to restore the court within the limits of respect for its statute with sanctions against the ICC, so the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik is trying to restore the Constitutional Court of BiH and the Court of BiH within the limits of respect for the constitution and laws of this country," said Tadić. According to him, this is precisely why Dodik's idea that the future appellate instance should distance itself from official Sarajevo has great support, because it is a clear example of the combination of ambassadorial, criminal and intelligence influence on the courts. "I believe everyone understands it, including some of the MPs who reduce this issue in public to native politics. I don't believe that they are not aware of doing a favour to political Sarajevo," said Tadić. He says that if someone wants to practice native politics, then the request moving the main offices of the Roads or the Republika Srpska Tax Administration, i.e. the Intelligence and Security Agency or the BiH Central Election Commission from Banja Luka and Sarajevo to East Sarajevo. "It must be known that harmful manipulations in connection with the seat of the appellate instance cannot be covered by native politics," concluded Tadić.
