SIPA VIOLATES CONSTITUTION, FUMED ISLAMIC RADICALISM ONLY

EAST SARAJEVO, APRIL 24 /SRNA/ - Counter-terrorism expert Dževad Galijašević told SRNA that the unconstitutional State Investigation and Protection Agency /SIPA/ violated the Constitution by coming to the Republika Srpska Administrative Centre in East Sarajevo and that it has no right to call for the arrest of protected persons, such as the president of Republika Srpska.

"How do they expect the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior, which is obliged to protect the legitimate president of Srpska, to hand the president over to the illegal and unconstitutional structure behind which the terrorists of Ševe and AID units stand?" asked Galijašević. Speaking about SIPA and the Intelligence and Security Agency /OBA/, Galijašević states that these services, when it comes to Bosniak personnel, were built from the terrorist organisation "Ševe/Larks" and the Bosniak secret service AID, which were the foundation of Bosniak operations. "The policies of violence and terrorism, aggressive Islamism are shown through the actions of the Muslim staff in Sipa and the OBA", emphasized Galijašević. Galijašević stated that last night's arrival of members of the unconstitutional SIPA in East Sarajevo aims to fuel Islamic radicalism in the Bosniak people, and represents a provocation that has a stimulating effect on Muslims in BiH. He pointed out that last night's arrival of SIPA members sends a message that it is a conflict between the institutions of BiH and the institutions of Republika Srpska, while, on the other hand, they are trying to further radicalize the Bosniaks in Sarajevo. "It is a message that they have the courage to come to the place with hundreds of Republika Srpska police officers, causing additional radicalization of Muslims and raising their Islamic radicalism," said Galijašević. He also pointed out that the conflict between Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and Bosniak leaders is a conflict between the secular state idea based on the Dayton Peace Agreement and the idea of an Islamic republic. "We see a powerless police agency /SIPA/ which is based on Alija Izetbegović's Islamism not being able of doing what it said it would do, which is why it was formed and which is supposedly its primary police task," concluded Galijašević. Members of the Republika Srpska MOI last night removed the police officers of the unconstitutional SIPA from the outside of the Republika Srpska Administrative Centre in East Sarajevo while the meeting of President Dodik with the mayor and heads of municipalities within the city was going on. According to SRNA, the operation of SIPA members in East Sarajevo was led by Elvir Ademović, brother of the former head of AID Kemal Ademović, as well as Zijad Landžo, suspected of war crimes against Serbs in Konjic. The Minister of Interior of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan pointed out that SIPA members violated the law and that criminal proceedings will be initiated. The National Assembly of Srpska passed a number of laws and prevented the unconstitutional operations of unconstitutional and anti-Dayton institutions, including the unconstitutional Court, the Prosecutor's Office and SIPA.
