FOREIGNERS DO NOT HEAR SERB PAIN AND TURN THEIR HEADS
This injustice falls particularly hard on the surviving members of the Serb victims from central Podrinje, who lost all or several family members and who were left without families or posterity by the criminals under the command of Naser Orić, such as Slavka Matić and Brano Vučetić from Bjelovac near Bratunac, Mileva Rankić from Brežan, Milojka Bibić from Podravanje from Srebrenica and others who lost two or more household members
Written by SRNA journalist from Srebrenica: Miro PEJIĆ BRATUNAC/SREBRENICA, APRIL 17 /SRNA/ - The one-sided and tendentious proposal of the German resolution on Srebrenica in the UN General Assembly includes only Bosniaks, and completely omits and eliminates the 3,500 Serbs who were killed by Muslim forces from Srebrenica during the civil war in BiH. More than half of the Serb victims were civilians, and it is known that the Muslim victims were soldiers, most of whom died in armed combat. This injustice falls particularly hard on the surviving members of the Serb victims from central Podrinje, who lost all or several family members and who were left without families or offspring by the criminals under the command of Naser Orić, such as Slavka Matić and Brano Vučetić from Bjelovac near Bratunac, Mileva Rankić from Brežani, Milojka Bibić from Podravanje from Srebrenica and others who lost two or more household members each. "Who will write a resolution for my family killed in front of their own house? Who will write a resolution for my murdered children, for my daughters-my flowers, who were killed by the enemies, and they did not carry guns. No one has ever been held accountable", with indignation and sadness old woman Slavka Matić from the Bratunac village of Bjelovac asks. She was at work when, on December 14, 1992, Muslim units from Srebrenica invaded the village and killed 68 villagers, almost all of whom were civilians. "I found Snježana dead by the front steps, husband Sredoje under an apple tree, neighbor Milun was killed next to the house, and I found daughter Gordana dead in the bathroom in a pool of blood. Who will write resolutions for them? Will anyone ever answer for those civilians? On that day, they killed 11 women and five children and no one was held accountable," says this old woman who is shaken by the injustice. Slavka asks whether the world and the judiciary will ever do anything to hold accountable those who killed her children, killed their neighbors while they were sleeping, whether anyone will be held accountable for the then nine-year-old Brano Vučetoć from Bjelovac, whose parents and minor brother were killed, and he was sent to a Srebrenica camp when he was wounded, as well as Mira Filipović with two small children, one of whom was in diapers. "To whom were they a threat?" this woman asks the question to the caregivers who write the resolutions, not knowing and not realistically looking at what was happening and who died in the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Slavka says that she lives to light candles and talk about the tragedy of her children, her family, her village and her people. She says that it must be repeated constantly, so that it is not forgotten and not happen as it happened before. "For years I have been going to cemeteries and killing grounds to pay my respects, to hold candles for my children and all Serb victims. I speak, I testify, I also went to the Hague to testify, but there is no justice or responsibility for the Serb victims. Hopefully, the West and those who judge like this may have it all back for my children and all the innocents. Might overcomes right, but God does not like might, God's justice will reach everything," this woman believes. Like Slavka from the village of Bjelovac in Bratunac, Mileva Rankić from the village of Brežani in Srebrenica, whose sons were killed by Srebrenica Muslims on June 30, 1992 - twenty-year-old Miroslav and two years older Dragoslav, as well as her husband Milisav. She survived by chance, and she says: "It would be better if I hadn't, if my children had stayed alive." Mileva has lost faith in the judiciary and expects that those who killed her husband and sons on the doorstep will receive God's justice instead of earthly injustice. "Years pass, and no one reacts and no one is responsible for my murdered children and the innocent children of many Serb women," says this mother, sighing and regretting that "God did not take her that day" instead of the children. She reluctantly speaks with a sigh. "I've been talking for years, but no one pays attention. Nobody answers, and my children are gone. It's a shame for these powerful people who 'shape' the fate of nations. Really, Germany is writing these resolutions?! They want to wash away their shame and remove the stain off their filthy history. They want to avenge their ancestors whose bones remained here after two world wars in which they massacred our people," says Mileva and repeats that she only believes in God's justice.
