KOŠARAC: KEY ISSUE IN BiH - ENSURING SOVEREIGNTY, THERE IS NO FUTURE WITH A PROTECTORATE

SARAJEVO, DECEMBER 3 /SRNA/ - The Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Staša Košarac, pointed out that the key issue in BiH is to ensure sovereignty in such a way that all solutions are the result of an agreement between the two entities and three constituent nations, in accordance with the Dayton Agreement and the Constitution, without international interventions.

In this regard, Košarac added in a statement to SRNA, at yesterday's meeting in Mostar, the SNSD proposed an extremely important conclusion that nobody can impose legal solutions in BiH except for the institutions that are authorized to do so by the constitutions of BiH, Republika Srpska and FBiH. "Our intention is that the partners at the level of joint institutions finally define their relation towards the imposed decisions, which are anti-Dayton and anti-constitutional, that is, to free ourselves from international influence in Bosnia and Herzegovina and for domestic political factors to take full responsibility in deciding on all issues in this country", Košarac stressed. He pointed out that BiH has no future with a foreign protectorate, especially not with one that is illegitimate and fake. Reminding that the European Commission has repeatedly said that BiH cannot become a member of the EU with the OHR, Košarac said that it is therefore justified to ask the EU Delegation in BiH whether they still hold that position, since they have not yet spoken out about the anti-Dayton and the anti-constitutional actions of the illegitimate Christian Schmidt, as well as his malignant influence on political processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. "The fact is that the illegitimate high representative violates and obstructs the agreements reached by domestic politicians on important issues. This happens continuously. Every time we reach an agreement, the illegitimate Schmidt contaminates those relations by trying to impose some solutions," Košarac emphasized. He stated that particularly worrying are the indications that he will continue with his anti-constitutional and anti-Dayton activities, which will dramatically complicate the political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and will certainly have a negative impact on future developments. "That will not bring anything good to anyone in this country. That is why we insist on getting rid of its malignant influence, that is, for the domestic political actors to take responsibility for making decisions without international interventionism. HDZ BiH accepted our proposal, but the rest is up to the parties of the Troika, which, unfortunately, have no readiness to ensure sovereignty in Bosnia and Herzegovina," Košarac pointed out. In a statement for SRNA he said that Srpska will not give up on that concept and will continue to insist on the closure of OHR, and the departure of the illegitimate Schmidt and foreign judges from the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. "BiH has opted for EU integration, but a country without sovereignty cannot be an equal member of the EU. Our inalienable right is to make decisions in accordance with the Dayton Agreement and the Constitution, and not for a foreign protector to do it, especially not a fake high representative," Košarac concluded.
