FBiH INVITED TO TALKS ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION OF DAYTON AGREEMENT

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 27 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said that he and the Prime Minister of Srpska, Radovan Višković, have extended an invitation to the President of the Federation of BiH /FBiH/, Lidija Bradara, and the Prime Minister of the FBiH, Nermin Nikšić, to come to Banja Luka at a time that suits them, to discuss the implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

He emphasized that the invitation was extended in line with discussions with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, so that mutual positions could be understood and potential solutions offered through dialogue. "We want dialogue," Dodik emphasized. He thanked His Holiness Patriarch Porfirije for visiting Banja Luka today and emphasized the importance of the Serbian Orthodox Church, which understands and supports peace, dialogue, and talks. "We are glad that His Holiness, along with several bishops, visited us so that we could discuss the role of the Church, which understands and supports peace, talks, and dialogue," said Dodik after a meeting with Patriarch Porfirije. Dodik pointed out that Republika Srpska is against the abuse of the European path and noted that there have been many such abuses. "The abuse of BiH's institutions is most evident regarding the Court of BiH and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH," emphasized Dodik. The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, said that the Republika Srpska National Assembly rejected the case against him being conducted before the Court of BiH, and today, the Assembly is discussing unconstitutional institutions of BiH. "The Court and the Prosecutor's Office have no jurisdictions," Dodik reiterated.
