EVERY LETTER OF THE NEW CONSTITUTION WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH BiH CONSTITUTION

BANJA LUKA, MARCH 12 /SRNA/ - Every letter of the new constitution of Republika Srpska will be in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said professor of constitutional law Siniša Karan.

Karan pointed out that the strength of the Constitution and the strength of Dayton are on the Serb side and that the new constitution will return to the principles that have never changed, which is the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He emphasized that Srpska was not destroying the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that the question should be raised as to who was doing it. "It has been confirmed in various places that since the signing of Dayton until today, the Dayton Agreement, the constitutional order of BiH and Srpska have been overthrown, with the primary goal leading to the unitization of BiH, that is. BiH exclusively being a state of the Bosniak people," said Karan. He reminded that in 1995, Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which were in full state legal capacity, created Bosnia and Herzegovina through the Dayton Peace Agreement, that is, Annex Four. "Those who were in charge of guarding Dayton, they are destroying it. These are all high representatives supported by domestic institutions, primarily the Constitutional Court of BiH, with the ultimate goal of attacking Srpska," Karan emphasized. On the other hand, he pointed out, Srpska is doing everything to protect Dayton and the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, thereby protecting Srpska, its people and its place and role, which Serbian representatives agreed to in 1995. "For thirty years, the constitutional system has been collapsing to the extent that today we can say that Annex 4 of the BiH Constitution does not actually function, but it has not been changed. An unconstitutional position and situation has been created with the ultimate goal of collapsing the constitutional position of Srpska as a federal unit in multi-ethnic BiH, unitizing BiH and creating a Muslim community," Karan stated for ATV. Karan said that apart from the high representative, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the one that was never a defender of the constitution but a creator of the constitution. The Constitutional Court, added Karan, is an institution that supported those who destroyed the Constitution and Dayton with imposed solutions and that identified itself with Bosniak politics and is the key eliminator of functional BiH. "Srpska will give its institutional response, and war is called for by Bosniak radical elements who want to create a different image for the world public," Karan said. Karan concluded that it was an artificial creation of a crisis for the purpose of attacking Srpska and that everything was aimed at that.
