BiH INSTITUTIONS ARE IN SUBORDINATE POSITION TO THOSE OF SRPSKA

SARAJEVO, MAY 15 /SRNA/ - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac emphasized that the decision of the Republika Srpska National Assembly to support the veto of the Serbian member and Chairwoman of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, against the disputed conclusions of the two Bosniak members, as he said, has in practice demonstrated the truth and constitutional reality - that BiH institutions are in a subordinate position to those of Republika Srpska.
"By voting for the veto in the National Assembly, we have once again confirmed that Republika Srpska has a say and that its institutions stand above those of BiH! With pride, we continue the fight for Srpska and the preservation of its constitutional capacity," Košarac wrote on Instagram. He emphasized that Cvijanović has once again demonstrated how to pursue a nationally responsible policy, and that the statesmanlike speech of President Milorad Dodik in the National Assembly was a historic and political lesson from which everyone can learn a great deal. Košarac stressed that no decision at the BiH level can be made without the institutions of Republika Srpska. "Srpska has a say! Srpska decides!" Košarac said. The Republika Srpska National Assembly last night adopted a decision confirming the statement of the Serbian member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, which declared that the disputed conclusion adopted by the BiH Presidency on May 12, without consensus, is highly detrimental to the vital interests of Srpska. In the disputed conclusion, the other two members of the BiH Presidency, Denis Bećirović and Željko Komšić, among other things, called on EUFOR to assist law enforcement agencies in BiH in arresting officials of Republika Srpska.
