LJUBOJEVIĆ: BOSNIAK POLITICAL STRUCTURES ENGAGED IN MUTUAL POWER STRUGGLE, WHICH IS WHY THEY REFUSE DIALOGUE

BANJA LUKA, MAY 28 /SRNA/ - The Trojka coalition and SDA cannot and will not decide who is a good or bad Serb or Croat, nor when to recognize or not legitimately elected representatives of the Serb and Croat peoples, says Anja Ljubojević, Deputy Speaker of the Republika Srpska National Assembly.

“Bosniak political structures are waging an internal battle for dominance among the voters and have no clear idea of what to do, which is why they refuse dialogue. The insults they direct at representatives of the Serb and Croat peoples are shameful and reveal the fanaticism of Bosniak political representatives. In those so-called pro-Bosnian, self-proclaimed civic parties, there are some suitable Serbs and Croats whom they flaunt, and who are the main reason we have the problems and the crisis that Christian Schmidt has exacerbated with his imposition of laws,” Ljubojević emphasized. Commenting on the latest statement by the Trojka which reads it is good that the president of Republika Srpska - whom they called a fugitive - has realized they won’t talk to him, and that they also refuse to talk to the Serb BiH Presidency member because, as they say, they won’t allow the institution of the Presidency member to be misused by turning it into the “errand boy of the outlaw Dodik,” Ljubojević told SRNA that officials of Republika Srpska are not fugitives, nor is the Serb member of the BiH Presidency abusing anything - quite the opposite: for years, Bosniaks have been persistently doing just that with their unilateral decisions. “But if they respect BiH, then they must respect all Dayton institutions. If they don’t want to talk to Republika Srpska’s officials, then they must hold talks with Serb representatives at the joint level. Željka Cvijanović is unavoidable in this, and they know it well - that’s why such offensive and unacceptable statements have been made. By denying Željka Cvijanović’s role in negotiations, they are also degrading and nullifying BiH. For years, in all situations and at every opportunity, they have tried to dismantle BiH and its foreign policy by pushing partisan and personal views, which is why BiH is in crisis. We have not stalled because of Milorad Dodik, we stalled because of Christian Schmidt, Michael Murphy, and their followers Željko Komšić, Denis Bećirović, Šefik Džaferović, and the like,” Ljubojević emphasized. She has pointed out that dialogue is inevitable and will happen sooner or later, but it would be wise for Bosniaks to stop humiliating Serbs and Croats, who are tired of their destructive politics. “Republika Srpska is a reality, and all this Bosniaks’ rhetoric proves that their only intent is to insert suitable Serbs and Croats into those institutions while removing strong political figures from the scene who have the support of the people and represent the will of that same people,” Ljubojević concluded.
