URGENTLY ANNUL THE FARCE OF A PROCESS AGAINST THE PRESIDENT OF SRPSKA BEFORE UNCONSTITUTIONAL JUDICIARY

SARAJEVO, JUNE 12 /SRNA/ – The political persecution of the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and the institutions of Srpska must be urgently stopped, and the disgraceful process before the unconstitutional judiciary - which is the result of the ambitions of the illegitimate foreigner Christian Schmidt - must be annulled if any good is intended for BiH, stated Staša Košarac, Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers.

He said that the farce of a process before the extra-constitutional Court of BiH serves solely for a brutal political crackdown on President Dodik and represents a direct attack on the institutions and constitutional capacity of Republika Srpska. "We've said this from the very beginning of this politically motivated farce, and it is further proven by the fact that Interpol refused to issue a warrant for President Dodik," Košarac pointed out. He noted that the farce and setup in the politically staged process against the legitimately and popularly elected President of Srpska will continue today before the Appellate Panel of the extra-constitutional Court of BiH, and assessed that Sarajevo, as expected, continues with its fictions in a process that is a classic case of judiciary instrumentalization. "In order to protect the institution of the president and prevent unconstitutional institutions from infringing on Republika Srpska, the National Assembly adopted, in a constitutional and democratic manner, the Law on the Non-Application of Laws and the Prohibition of the Activity of Extra-Constitutional Institutions of BiH on the Territory of Srpska, which is binding for us," Košarac recalled. He emphasized that Republika Srpska and its institutions act exclusively in accordance with the Constitution and the Dayton Agreement, which make no provision for the Court of BiH or other such institutions. "If they wish anything good for BiH, they should immediately stop the political persecution of President Dodik and the institutions of Srpska and annul this disgraceful process before the unconstitutional judiciary, which is the result of the sick ambitions of an illegitimate foreigner—Schmidt the tourist," Košarac posted on Instagram. If they truly mean well for BiH, he added, "they should escort that intruder out of this country as soon as possible and shut down the OHR, so we can be freed from the protectorate". Košarac said that BiH can survive only as a Dayton-based category, and that solutions in this country must be the result of agreement between the two entities and the legitimately elected representatives of the three constituent peoples. "All other options are leading this country into an abyss and uncertainty," Košarac concluded.
