ČAVOŠKI: REJECT DECISIONS BY UNCONSTITUTIONAL JUDICIARY OF BiH

BANJA LUKA, JUNE 12 /SRNA/ - Member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts /SANU/ Kosta Čavoški believes that Republika Srpska has been functioning very well since Milorad Dodik assumed presidential position, therefore all the announced rulings of the unconstitutional judiciary of BiH, including the upcoming decision by the Appellate Panel of the unconstitutional Court of BiH, should be rejected.
"Dodik is holding up very well, and all of this should be dismissed," Čavoški told SRNA. He adds the only problem is the existence of political parties within BiH that cooperate with the illegal High Representative and are likely receiving funds from abroad for doing so. "What they are doing is national treason. That is problematic, because I expected Republika Srpska to be absolutely united, but unfortunately, it is not," Čavoški emphasized. He believes that, unfortunately, it is more than certain that the second-instance judgment will confirm the initial ruling of the unconstitutional Court of BiH against Dodik. "The speculators who initiated this process didn’t do so to acquit Dodik, but to convict him and throw him in prison. I do not expect Dodik to be acquitted at all - the only question is whether the sentence will be increased or reduced," said Čavoški. He reiterated that the Republika Srpska authorities should have long ago disregarded the Court of BiH and rejected its decisions, as well as those of other unconstitutional judicial institutions imposed by various High Representatives. "From the standpoint of constitutionality, the Court of BiH is an unconstitutional institution, therefore nothing should be accepted from it or recognised in any way. That court does not exist in the Dayton Peace Agreement and is not included in the Constitution of BiH," Čavoški stated. The unconstitutional Court of BiH had previously sentenced President Dodik to one year in prison and a six-year ban on political activity for "non-compliance with the decisions of Christian Schmidt," while Lukić was acquitted.
