CVIJANOVIĆ: SARAJEVO POLITICAL SWAMP IS PRESSURING JUDICIARY FOR ITS OWN POLITICAL GOALS

EAST SARAJEVO, JULY 31 /SRNA/ – The Sarajevo political swamp is putting pressure on the judiciary to achieve its own political goals, the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović cited in her SRNA statement.

EAST SARAJEVO, JULY 31 /SRNA/ – The Sarajevo political swamp is putting pressure on the judiciary to achieve its own political goals, the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović cited in her SRNA statement.

"It's classic – they always need either help from internationals or judiciary. Now they would like to harness both through Christian Schmidt," Cvijanović said, when asked to comment on the statement by Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmedin Konaković regarding a possible verdict against the president of Republika Srpska. She emphasized that no-idea Konaković is gasping for political air. "He and his buddies from what they like to call the `state authorities` are raising an outcry of `catch the thief` in order to divert attention from their own thefts and illegal dealings, all under the pretense of saving the state from Dodik. That so-called `Troika` is a clueless, unsuccessful, and altogether meaningless political creation brought to power because a foreigner decided to suspend the FBiH Constitution for a day. I think Konaković is driven by nervousness, which is why he repeats himself like a broken record," Cvijanović assessed. She added that, by the way, he hasn’t accomplished anything in the U.S.A, or anywhere else where he’s been rambling on, except for further contaminating the country he claims to defend on the domestic front, while internationally showing what a state paralyzed by various foreign interventions unrelated to the Dayton Peace Agreement looks like.
