BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 3 /SRNA/ – Newly elected Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić announced that the Government of Srpska will provide full support in servicing all sectors, including transport companies, stressing that in consultations with the Inspectorate and the line minister, it will be determined what can be done immediately to provide assistance, since the goods being transported must not be kept waiting.

After a meeting with representatives of the BiH Logistika Consortium, Minić emphasized that the Government of Srpska is maintaining continuity in servicing certain needs and obligations. "In preparing for tomorrow's meeting, I called the director of the Srpska Inspectorate and we discussed, among other things, that transport companies must not be kept waiting," Minić told reporters. He added that Republika Srpska will provide full support in servicing all sectors, including transport companies. "We agreed to hold a meeting with the newly appointed Minister of Transport and Communications Zoran Stevanović to see what the Government of Republika Srpska can do immediately in order to resolve these issues," Minić stressed. He announced that efforts will be made to further improve the international cooperation of Republika Srpska, underlining that this is also important for the development of transport communications. "In my expose I pointed out that transport companies are ambassadors of Republika Srpska, and that exporters cannot function without them," Minić said. During the meeting with representatives of the Logistika Consortium, it was stated that transport communications are the lifeline of the BiH economy and that it is essential to enable them to work normally.
