KALUŽA: IMPORTANT MESSAGES FROM LAVROV
BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 9 /SRNA/ - International relations expert Luciano Kaluža told SRNA that the messages from Moscow, conveyed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, after his meeting with Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, are of great importance for BiH, stressing that it is clear Russia supports the Dayton Peace Agreement and rejects interventionism and the prosecution of the legitimate representatives of the people.
"Lavrov said that a coup d’état is underway in BiH, carried out by Western nomenclatures led by the illegitimate Christian Schmidt. The Russian Federation does not recognize the disgraceful verdict handed down to the legitimately elected President of Republika Srpska by the so-called Court of BiH, as it can now rightly be called. By receiving the President of Republika Srpska, the Russian Federation has demonstrated that it does not acknowledge it," Kaluža emphasized. He emphasized that the Russian Federation does not recognize Christian Schmidt either, who came to create chaos and provoke potential conflicts in BiH. "The Russian Federation recognized this clearly and stated: If the coup continues to be carried out, it will lead to conflicts across the entire Balkans," Kaluža said. He pointed out that the Russian Federation has recognized all the problems in BiH, stressing that redefining relations and respecting Republika Srpska based on the Dayton Agreement is necessary to preserve stability. "It is also necessary to accept the fact that Schmidt is not a legitimate person authorized to stay in BiH," Kaluža stated. He said that Republika Srpska advocates for peace, but that representatives of Western countries act otherwise. "Russia has given support to Dayton BiH. This is the strongest support for Dayton in this way, and if the political structures in the Federation of BiH wish to recognize it, they should embrace the statements of Minister Lavrov," Kaluža said.
