DODIK: GRATITUDE TO RUSSIA FOR UNDERSTANDING SRPSKA
MOSCOW, SEPTEMBER 10 /SRNA/ - President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik stated in Moscow that Srpska is grateful to the Russian Federation, especially to President Vladimir Putin, for the understanding they show regarding the situation in Republika Srpska and BiH, stressing that this is even more important now, when due to the malign influence of the West, the Serb people in the Balkans face an even worse scenario if Western plans are brought to completion.
After meeting with Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu, Dodik told reporters that Russia has always acted with goodwill and that Moscow consistently sends messages about the need to preserve peace, ensure security and cooperate. "Thanks to Shoigu for this important opportunity to talk. We are grateful to the Russian Federation for the understanding it shows regarding the situation in Republika Srpska and BiH," Dodik emphasized. He noted that both Republika Srpska and Russia are equally aware that, although the malign influence of the West in the Balkans is in its final stage, there remains the danger that the Serb people could fare even worse under the so-called final solutions planned by the West. "That is why it is important for us to discuss these details here, because it is a rare occasion when anyone in the West is willing to listen," Dodik said.
