DODIK: MOSCOW IS LISTENING AND UNDERSTANDS SITUATION
MOSCOW, SEPTEMBER 10 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik emphasized that Russia is one of the few great powers that listens to and understands the situation in BiH, adding that he used his visit to explain that, in the referendum on October 25, Republika Srpska intends to test the will of the people.
Speaking about the announced referendum in Republika Srpska, Dodik noted that it concerns the decision of the Central Election Commission /CEC/, which was established illegally and assumed anti-Dayton powers, stressing that the people will deliver a resounding "no". "In Russia, I explained that we want to test the will of the people, which has been consistently expressed in elections and has always supported the policies I have represented – strengthening Republika Srpska and restoring its usurped competencies," Dodik said in an interview published by SRNA on its YouTube channel. Dodik added that today's meeting with the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu was marked by trust.
