KOŠARAC: NO TRANSFER OF COMPETENCES WHILE SNSD IS IN POWER

SARAJEVO, OCTOBER 1 /SRNA/ – Council of Ministers Deputy Chairman Staša Košarac denied claims that the Reform Agenda adoption resulted in a transfer of competences, emphasizing that this will not happen as long as SNSD officials are in the Council of Ministers and making decisions.

Referring to the statement made by Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmedin Konaković, who claimed that the adoption of the Reform Agenda supposedly led to a transfer of competences, Košarac said this was clearly an address by this Bosniak politician to his voter base, in which he tried to compensate for his political shortcomings by telling Bosniaks that he is "strengthening the state." Košarac told the press in Sarajevo that there has been no transfer of competences since the SNSD came to power, which will remain the case in the future. "This is SNSD's policy," Košarac emphasized. He stated that the Reform Agenda was adopted because Republika Srpska President, Milorad Dodik, said so. President /Milorad/ Dodik has a say in Republika Srpska and will continue to have a say there. President Dodik has shown that he also has a say in Sarajevo and will continue to have one. You know we are preparing two referendums, which is the best response regarding this issue," said Košarac, who is also a SNSD Presidency member.
