DODIK: SRPSKA NEEDS SOMEONE WHO KNOWS CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 6 /SRNA/ – SNSD leader Milorad Dodik said that Republika Srpska needs a person who is well-versed in constitutional law, identifying Professor Siniša Karan as that individual.
"Siniša is my friend; I have known him for a long time and hold him in high regard. I have based my public positions on his views. He served as president of the referendum commission when no one else dared, and he endured persecution because he is a patriot and a principled man," Dodik told reporters following a meeting of the leaders of the parties forming the ruling coalition. Dodik emphasized that he remains president of the SNSD and noted that from now on there will be "two Dodiks."
