DODIK: HAVING ACCESS TO DECISION-MAKING CENTRES IMPORTANT FOR SRPSKA

BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 27 /SRNA/ – President Milorad Dodik emphasizes that having an access to decision-making centres, such as the United States and Russiait, is important for Republika Srpska.

Dodik pointed out that America has a different policy today, reminding that Srpska worked with people from the campaign team of current U.S. President Donald Trump to return him to power. "We did not hide that we were against /Joseph/ Biden, but we also did not hide that we expected Trump to win," Dodik told RTRS. He has stated that the key issue today is that people form opinions through social networks, but refuse to talk; if they were willing to talk, they would have far more information and would know that today's America is not the same as Biden's. Dodik says that efforts have been made to normalize relations because he wants to make a room for the development of the situation, not because of any personal account, as some individuals believe. He emphasizes that BiH is always in crisis, and now the question is whether it makes sense for it to function at all. "I believe that dialogue in BiH is essential. It will fall apart without dialogue. With dialogue, there is a chance to achieve something," Dodik said, adding that lies are being spread about him. He noted that Srpska has preserved peace and stability, even though people in Sarajevo kept saying every day that there would be war. "Muslims want the entire BiH for themselves, which they can never get. All their goals are unrealistic; they do not know how to live independently, they need tutors. They do not know how to build a state, while Serbs are a state-building people," Dodik stressed. He stressed they only knew how to create a mess, therefore he will not go to either the Federation or Sarajevo.
