KOJIĆ: TRUNCATED CONSTITUTIONAL COURT IS A RUIN AND BOSNIAKS' POLITICAL INSTRUMENT

SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 4 /SRNA/ - Until professionals begin deciding in the Constitutional Court of BiH, the Dayton Agreement-based BiH will continue to be destroyed, Milorad Kojić, an SNSD member of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, told SRNA.

Reacting to the decision of the truncated Constitutional Court, which dismissed the appeal filed by President Milorad Dodik’s defense against the ruling of the BiH Court, Kojić emphasized that this truncated court makes decisions based on the demands of Bosniak-dominated Sarajevo directed at the appointed judges, issuing political rulings without any shame or regard for professional standards. "In this specific case, the professional assessment is clear: President Dodik’s appeal should have been accepted and the political ruling overturned. But as long as professionals do not decide in the truncated Constitutional Court, we will continue to see this situation and the destruction of the Dayton Agreement-based BiH", Kojić emphasized. According to him, it is clear that the ultimate authority is the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, which is the next step to demonstrate that the truncated Constitutional Court is a ruin and a political instrument of the Bosniaks. The truncated Constitutional Court of BiH today dismissed the appeal filed by President Milorad Dodik’s defense against the ruling of the BiH Court, which sentenced him to one year in prison and a six-year ban on political activity for "disrespecting the decisions of Christian Schmidt".
