CVIJANOVIĆ: IT WOULD HAVE BEEN REAL EARTHQUAKE IF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT HAD DEFENDED CONSTITUTION; JUSTICE FOR SERBS IN BiH IS NOT ONLY SLOW BUT AL

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 4 /SRNA/ - The Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, told SRNA that it would be surprising if the Constitutional Court of BiH, for a change, defended the Constitution rather than illegal foreign intervention.

"That would have been a real earthquake", Cvijanović stated. When asked to comment on the decision of the truncated Constitutional Court to dismiss Milorad Dodik’s appeal against the ruling of the BiH Court, Cvijanović told SRNA that today, once again, it was shown that justice for Serbs in BiH is not only slow but also unattainable. "Neither did Christian Schmidt have the right to enact laws in place of the parliament, nor did the court have the right to act on them. This decision is not unexpected, but it is destructive, like many previous rulings of the Constitutional Court. Unless the laboratory of foreign interventionism is urgently dismantled, the future of BiH will be even more uncertain than it seems today", Cvijanović said.
