DECISION OF INCOMPLETE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT - RESULT OF POLITICAL INSTRUMENTALIZATION OF JUDICIARY
PALE, NOVEMBER 5 /SRNA/ – The Creators of Republika Srpska Association stated that the decision of the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH to reject the appeal regarding the verdict against the democratically elected President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik is the result of the political instrumentalization of the judiciary by international protectors and European globalist lobbies, as well as "the kitchen of the Sarajevo framework".
"This illegal and illegitimate court, with three foreign judges whose mandates expired long ago and without any Serb judges, continues with this latest decision its practice of ignoring and annulling everything that carries the Serbian prefix," reads the statement of the Association. The statement adds that the decisions of this court have, for years, confirmed the unwritten Bosnian rule: `the judge sues you, the judge tries you`. Members of the Association pointed out that Republika Srpska has, for more than 30 years, resisted such neo-Ottoman practices with varying degrees of success, and that it will do so again this time. "Our determination to preserve our democratic institutions is stronger than any legal or political violence we have endured for decades," the statement said. Noting that yesterday's judicial farce was almost expected, the Association stated that everything should be viewed merely as a necessary step toward consideration and decision-making by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, to which it will be appealed. The Association emphasized that the case of the political verdict against the institution of the President of the Republic will be decisive in Strasbourg — either BiH will rehabilitate its constitutions and establish genuine rule of law and justice, or its fate will be determined otherwise. "This internationalization of the status of Republika Srpska, in light of the current legal precedents, will likely coincide with upcoming geopolitical developments in Europe," the Association stated. They added that patience, determination, and wisdom are needed, and that, just as 30 years ago, the destiny of the Serb people will once again be in their own hands. "Goodbye, Bosnia, and see you in Strasbourg," declared the Creators of Republika Srpska. The incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH yesterday rejected the appeal filed by the defense of President Milorad Dodik against the verdict of the Court of BiH, which sentenced him to one year in prison and imposed a six-year ban on political activity for "failing to comply with the decisions of Christian Schmidt". Dodik was tried for a criminal offense that had been introduced into the Criminal Code of BiH based on a decision by Christian Schmidt.
