DODIK: I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED BY ANYTHING, THEY ARE ACTIVELY DISMANTLING DAYTON AGREEMENT

BANJA LUKA, NOVEMBER 5 /SRNA/ – SNSD leader Milorad Dodik stated that he is not disappointed by anything and that he did not expect anything different from the existing Constitutional Court and judiciary of BiH, since they are actively dismantling the Dayton Peace Agreement and the rights of Republika Srpska.

"For them, the Dayton Agreement is a straitjacket, and it has been confirmed that the Constitutional Court of BiH is part of the plan to dismantle this agreement and make Srpska disappear. Yesterday was not a day about me, it was about all of us," Dodik said at a press conference in Banja Luka. He emphasized that yesterday's decision clearly showed an intention to abolish the Constitution of Srpska, which is a Dayton category and harmonized with the Constitution of BiH. "That institution cannot be trusted, because Mirsad Ćeman is the president of the Constitutional Court, and during the war, he was a judge who sentenced Serbs. They want to dismantle the position of Srpska, something I have been persistently warning about. With this decision, they have annulled all their previous rulings, since they had previously stated that court decisions cannot overturn constitutions. Such an institution cannot be trusted," Dodik concluded.
