MINIĆ: INCENTIVES FOR POULTRY FARMING SHOULD BE INCREASED
SRBAC, NOVEMBER 7 /SRNA/ - Poultry farming in Republika Srpska has experienced significant expansion, which is why this branch of agricultural production should receive even greater support through incentives, Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić said today in Srbac.
"The Republika Srpska Government will fully support any branch of production in Republika Srpska," Minić told reporters in Srbac, where he attended the opening of the new facility of the company Perutnina Ptuj S. Minić said that the opening of this production facility is of great importance for the economic development of the local community, as well as for Republika Srpska. He expressed satisfaction that the company’s capacity will increase by 20 percent for exports to the European market. "That means we have quality, the most modern technology, and people who will increase production in this company in the future," Minić said. The Mayor of Srbac, Mlađen Dragosavljević, stated that the opening of the new facility represents a significant investment for the local community and the development of poultry farming in the municipality. "The opening of this facility means a lot for the municipality of Srbac, as it includes the creation of new jobs and investment in the poultry farming sector," he said. Dragosavljević added that the municipality of Srbac, within its competencies, provided maximum support for the implementation of this project. Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić, Mayor of Srbac Mlađan Dragosavljević, and Director of the company Perutnina Ptuj, Velibor Popović, today officially opened the company’s new production facility in Srbac, an investment worth BAM 15 million.
