MINIĆ: PROPERTY BELONGS TO ENTITIES
BANJA LUKA, NOVEMBER 12 /SRNA/ – The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić stated that property belongs to the entities and that the adoption of a BiH property law would represent a direct violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
Minić said that if such a law on state property were to be adopted, it would be unconstitutional. He pointed out that the Dayton Agreement explicitly states that property belongs to the entities, except for certain cadastral plots that were later to be delineated. "That is what the fundamental agreement says, the one that ended the war and the killing, and now someone wants to change it," Minić told RTRS.
