KARAMATIĆ: BOSNIAK DEEP STATE SEEKS SINGLE-NATION ENTITY

SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 24 /SRNA/ – The new draft Labor Law in the Federation of BiH /FBiH/ demonstrates that the policy of the Bosniak "deep state" has never abandoned its aim of turning the Federation into a single-nation entity, delegate of the Croat Club in the House of Peoples of FBiH, Mario Karamatić, told SRNA.

"The greatest tragedy is that Croat and Serb ministers in the government will support this draft law, and it is up to us, at least in the FBiH Parliament, to try to stop this creeping reform of Dayton," Karamatić emphasizes. The new draft Labor Law in FBiH introduces a weekly one-hour break for religious observance as a right for all workers; however, in practice it only benefits Muslims, since other religious communities observe their practices outside working hours. According to Večernji List, BiH edition, the only religious ritual regularly held during working hours is the Friday Jumu’ah prayer, which takes place around noon and directly overlaps with the working hours of most employees.
