GAJANIN: HONOURED BY GOOD RELATIONS AND COOPERATION

BANJA LUKA, NOVEMBER 27 /SRNA/ – The Rector of the Banja Luka University Radoslav Gajanin thanked Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs Péter Szijjártó for all the activities he has carried out with the Republika Srpska leadership and for projects dedicated to economic development and the field of infrastructure.

"We believe that such cooperation will continue," Gajanin said at a press conference held after the ceremony at which Szijjártó was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Banja Luka. He emphasized that the academic community is honoured by everything that the governments of Hungary and Republika Srpska are doing to develop good relations. "This is a special day for us, as we awarded an honorary doctorate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary Péter Szijjártó. The good cooperation between Srpska and Hungary is reflected in education, science, culture, research, and the economy. Thanks to Milorad Dodik, Viktor Orbán, and Szijjártó, we have established cooperation with universities in Hungary," Gajanin said. He stresses the exchange of students and professors between Srpska and Hungary will continue.
