SRPSKA-HUNGARY FRIENDLY TIES NOT AGAINST ANYONE IN BiH
SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 27 /SRNA/ – Friendly ties between Republika Srpska and Hungary are not directed against anyone in BiH, but are instead intended for the benefit of all peoples in the region, Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac has said today.
"We are proud of the ties between Republika Srpska and Hungary, which are strengthening across all sectors, built above all on the friendly relationship between our leaders, Milorad Dodik and Viktor Orbán. That was confirmed both yesterday in Budapest and today in Banja Luka," Košarac posted on Instagram. According to him, Srpska has in Hungary a reliable friend, a first-rate partner, and a strategic ally. "Thanks to the nationally responsible politics and vision of Milorad Dodik, Viktor Orbán and Hungarian officials recognized Srpska as a friend and partner they can rely on and work with to the mutual satisfaction and benefit of both sides," noted Košarac, also a Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in the Council of Ministers. He expressed gratitude to Hungary for its principled stance, respect for the Dayton Agreement and international law, as well as its full readiness for open dialogue and support for preserving peace and stability. "Srpska and Hungary share the same values, and our cooperation is long-term, focused on implementing concrete projects in the economy and in all other areas of mutual interest," Košarac emphasized. He added that certain irresponsible policies from the Federation of BiH and the populist actions of some officials there cannot and will not affect the strong and enduring ties between Srpska and Hungary.
