EVERYTHING READY FOR SKI SEASON, NEW AMENITIES AWAIT VISITORS
TRNOVO, NOVEMBER 30 /SRNA/ – Ahead of the new winter season on Jahorina, all activities are proceeding according to plan with the goal of improving service quality for all the Olympic beauty visitors; among the new features is an ice rink located in the Trnovo municipality area, the head of the Trnovo Tourist Info Centre, Vladan Golijanin, told SRNA.
Golijanin says the Trnovo Tourist Info Centre is a key point of communication with visitors, providing information about accommodation, ski trails, weather conditions, events, transportation, gastronomy, excursions, and all other amenities. “Our primary focus is to provide guests with reliable information, safety, and support throughout the entire winter season,” Golijanin emphasized. He highlighted that work is underway on a new ice rink in the Trnovo section of Jahorina, which will be intended for children, families, and recreational skaters, and will represent an important part of the winter offer. Golijanin says the plan is for the ice rink to be open throughout the winter season, with accompanying features such as skate rentals, music programmes, and a pleasant atmosphere that will further enrich the experience of visitors, especially those who do not ski but want to enjoy winter activities. He notes there is coordination with hotels, the Jahorina Olympic Ski Centre hospitality providers, and other partners to ensure a unified and well-coordinated tourist experience. According to him, the goal of the Trnovo Tourism Organisation is professionalism, accessibility, and complete dedication to the needs of tourists. He pointed to the fact they are in the final phase of opening new offices of the Tourist Info Centre in the Trnovo area of Jahorina. “The new space will allow for better organisation, more efficient visitor information, and a stronger presence on the ground,” Golijanin said. Ahead of the start of the season, Jahorina will host the traditional “Ski Opening” from December 11 to 14. During these four days, visitors will be able to purchase ski passes with a 50% discount, which is an excellent opportunity for skiing enthusiasts to start the season in the best way. “I invite all citizens, tourists, and mountain lovers to visit Jahorina, enjoy its amenities, and take advantage of the benefits we offer. The Trnovo Tourist Info Centre, in cooperation with the Istočno Sarajevo City Tourism Organisation, will be fully prepared to provide support throughout the entire season,” Golijanin said.
