DODIK: HOSTILE ATMOSPEHERE TOWARD SERBS CALLS INTO QUESTION FUTURE ROLE IN BiH BASKETBALL FEDERATION

BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 2 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik has stressed that the climate of open hatred toward Serbs raises serious questions about how to continue further engagement within the current BiH basketball team and the Basketball Federation of BiH.

BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 2 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik has stressed that the climate of open hatred toward Serbs raises serious questions about how to continue further engagement within the current BiH basketball team and the Basketball Federation of BiH.

Dodik stated that, after the shameful chanting in Skenderija, a question naturally arises as to how this was experienced by Serbs who work within the Basketball Federation of BiH, as well as by Serbs who play for the national team. "I see those in Sarajevo are trying to wash their hands of it, but some filth can never be washed away. Hatred toward Serbia, Republika Srpska, and the Serbian people as a whole is a true reflection of the state of political Sarajevo, dominated by Bosniak/Muslim politics," Dodik posted on the social media platform X. He added that insulting Serbs, Serbia, and Republika Srpska represents crude primitiveness that some in Sarajevo are proud of, while insulting the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, in such a manner is an orchestrated outburst encouraged by that same Sarajevo. "If someone on our side had shouted ‘Bakir, you’re a ft’ or ‘Dino, you’re a ft,’ Sarajevo would label it genocide, or at minimum aggression, and call for NATO intervention," Dodik pointed out. According to him, all of this makes it clear that BiH has failed and that there is no room left for hope within it. "It is lost in time and space. Serbs will survive and outlast them as well," Dodik stressed.
