GACKO EXPANDS TOURISM WITH NEW ATTRACTIONS
BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 5 /SRNA/ – The tourism offer of Srpska is set to expand with two new attractions - a zip line over Lake Klinje and canoe rides, the Tourist Organization of Republika Srpska told SRNA.
The Tourist Organization stated that technical works on the zip line installation at Lake Klinje have been completed and that canoes have been procured. "This project represents an important step in developing adventure and recreational tourism in Eastern Herzegovina," the Tourism Organization of Republika Srpska stressed. The organization added that the introduction of the zip-line ride and canoe rentals brings new momentum and offers visitors the chance to experience the Gacko landscape from an entirely new perspective. The Tourist Organization expressed confidence that this addition will attract adventure enthusiasts from across the region and further enhance the promotion of the natural beauty of this part of Eastern Herzegovina. "We congratulate the municipality of Gacko for implementing this project with financial support from UNDP in BiH, and we are pleased to see the network of adventure-tourism attractions in Srpska continuously expanding," the Tourist Organization of Republika Srpska stated.
