RUNIĆ: SUPPORT FROM SRPSKA’S INSTITUTIONS CRUCIAL FOR IMPROVING POSITION OF SERB RETURNEES

DRVAR, DECEMBER 8 /SRNA/ – Drvar Mayor Dušica Runić told SRNA that strong support from the institutions of Republika Srpska is of vital importance for the further development of the municipality and for improving the position of Serb returnees to the Federation of BiH /FBiH/.

DRVAR, DECEMBER 8 /SRNA/ – Drvar Mayor Dušica Runić told SRNA that strong support from the institutions of Republika Srpska is of vital importance for the further development of the municipality and for improving the position of Serb returnees to the Federation of BiH /FBiH/.



"Continuous and systematic support that we receive from the institutions of Republika Srpska, as well as the support of SNSD President Milorad Dodik, will enable us to continue implementing projects next year that will significantly improve the quality of life of our citizens," Runić said after today’s consultations in Banja Luka between Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić and representatives of Serb municipalities in the FBiH regarding the budget for the coming year. According to her, ongoing partnership cooperation is expected, which will allow for the planning of new investments, improvements in infrastructure, and enhancements in health and social protection. "The support of Srpska’s institutions gives us strength and stability to continue fighting for the equal status of Serbs in FBiH and to ensure further progress of our local community," Runić emphasized. She expressed her gratitude to the Government of Republika Srpska and the SNSD President for their continued support to Drvar and Serb returnee communities in the FBiH. Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić stated after today’s budget consultations that Serbs in the FBiH will not be left without assistance and support from the Government of Srpska.
