BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 11 /SRNA/ - The newly elected President of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan thanked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for his congratulations and expressed hope that the cooperation between the two peoples would continue to develop.
"I am confident that we will continue to deepen the friendship and expand cooperation between our two peoples, based on mutual respect and understanding, for the benefit of Republika Srpska and Israel," Karan posted on X. Netanyahu previously congratulated Karan on his election as President of Republika Srpska. "This strong sign of confidence in the leadership of the SNSD and President Milorad Dodik points the way toward an ever-closer friendship and cooperation between Israel and Republika Srpska," Netanyahu posted on X. Netanyahu emphasized that Israel highly values its friendly relations with Republika Srpska.
