KRALJEVIĆ: INDICTMENTS AGAINST SERBS - CONTINUATION OF BOSNIAK WAR STRATEGY
BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 28 /SRNA/ – The campaign against Serbs in BiH, which manifests almost daily through indictments for every word spoken, is a continuation of the Bosniak war plan by other means, Miroslav Kraljević, Mayor of Vlasenica, said in a statement to SRNA.
"Persecution of Serbs in this region, and beyond, has lasted not just for years, but for centuries. Bosniaks are trying through indictments to complete what they failed to achieve by war. That is also what this concerns in my case," Kraljević said, responding to the decision of the Court of BiH to confirm an indictment against him for allegedly inciting national, racial, and religious hatred, discord, and intolerance. He confirmed that he received a letter from the Court of BiH specifying the charges, and that he has engaged a lawyer. "Honestly, I don`t know what this is about. First of all, it is an indictment based on `he said – she said`," Kraljević stated. According to him, what those who hate Serbs failed to do in the 1990s is now being carried out in another way. "The pattern is the same. The national issue is under attack. It is high time we wake up. I am not important; tomorrow, no one else will be able to express their opinion, celebrate a religious holiday, or make the sign of the cross," Kraljević stressed. He suggested that there is also a political background to the case. "What else can one conclude when there is no act on which I can be judged? They claim I said something in front of hundreds of people. Today, it is a technique by which anyone's words can be fabricated. We will see what this is really about," Kraljević said. The Court of BiH confirmed the indictment charging Kraljević with inciting national, racial, and religious hatred, discord, and intolerance, the BiH Prosecutor’s Office previously announced. According to the indictment, the disputed statements relate to public remarks in which he expressed respect for Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić.
