STEVANDIĆ: IMPROVING POLICE WORK AND EQUIPMENT PRIORITY
BANJA LUKA, APRIL 4 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić says on the occasion of Police Day that there is absolute consensus among all institutions and political representatives when it comes to improving the work and equipment of police officers, adding that this is one of the priorities.
"All the decisions we have made, from equipping the police to the construction of the Training Centre and related principles, are based on the law and decisions of the competent institutions," Stevandić told the press at the Training Centre Zalužani during the marking of Police Day. He says there is absolute synergy between the legislative and executive branches, as well as the political leadership, when it comes to improving police work. "Without any desire to cause harm or inhumanity to anyone, but without pardon for anyone who attempts to do that to us," Stevandić said.
