OFFICIAL SARAJEVO AWARE THAT AWARD TO DODIK IS BLOW TO FALSE BOSNIAK NARRATIVE
SREBRENICA, APRIL 15 /SRNA/ – Muslim associations, through new hysterical statements and attempts to prevent SNSD leader Milorad Dodik from receiving an award from the US Judson University, are showing that they serve exclusively federal Sarajevo's politics, which is aware that this award will be a new blow to the false narrative about a so-called genocide, Branimir Kojić, the head of the Organisation of Families of Captured, Fallen Soldiers and Missing Civilians of Srebrenica, told SRNA.
Kojić said that these associations are once again proving they fear what was established in the Report by the Independent International Commission for Research into the Suffering of All Peoples in the Srebrenica region from 1992 to 1995, chaired by Gideon Greif, which clearly states that genocide against Bosniaks did not occur in Srebrenica. "It is clear to Sarajevo's neighbourhood that everything that has been happening over the past few months is a threat to the false narrative and that the award for every Serb, including Dodik, will be another blow to the false narrative of a so-called genocide," Kojić emphasized. He also asked why these associations have not sent inquiries regarding Sakib Mahmuljin and a request for this convicted war criminal to serve his shamefully low sentence, instead of focusing exclusively on protecting a false narrative. Kojić stated that the entire leadership of Republika Srpska deserves to receive an award for democracy and democratic conduct, because even under the greatest post-war pressures on the Serb people and Republika Srpska, they did everything to ensure the safety of all citizens, calling for peace and tolerance. "It is no coincidence that these Muslim associations have reacted now, because on Sunday, April 19, the Day of Remembrance for the victims of the 1941–1945 genocide is being marked, and Sarajevo does not want to recognise Serb victims from any period, including those from the most recent war in the 1990s," Kojić said. Dodik is expected to receive an award at Judson University in the United States as a person who promotes freedom and democracy.
