DODIK: SRPSKA MUST NOT BE LEFT IN BiH, AS IT IS FRAMEWORK FOR SERBS' DISAPPEARANCE
MOSCOW, MAY 8 /SRNA/ - SNSD Leader Milorad Dodik says that Republika Srpska must not be left to future generations within BiH, because it represents a framework in which Serbs would disappear as a people.
Dodik said that for 33 years it has been clear that BiH is not viable. "BiH is only possible if there is an agreement among the constituent peoples, if the Constitution is respected, if we return to the letter of the Constitution. Only then could we try to build trust. But I do not believe in that, and I believe it is necessary to peacefully separate and build a safe environment in which no one will go to war," Dodik said. He stresses that Sarajevo is experiencing an influx of extremist Muslim organisations aligned with Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah that also threatens Republika Srpska, which has no right to ignore what is happening. "They were here beheading Serbs during the war, therefore we have no right not to see what is happening. We must not leave Republika Srpska within BiH to our descendants, as it is a framework in which Serbs will disappear as a people," Dodik said. He assessed that the Serb people is now in a more dangerous situation than before because Germans and British are once again dealing with the Serbs. "Their continuous policy is that Serbs must not be allowed to unite in the Balkans, because then the state would become strong and powerful. That is why Kosovo happened, that is why Montenegro was separated, that is why they want to destroy Republika Srpska and leave only a `Pashalik of Belgrade`," Dodik said, calling it a conspiracy against Serbs. Dodik stated that Brussels seeks to implement its own visions and impose solutions. "The victory of Donald Trump in the United States brought us a completely new possibility. When we tell our friends we are in trouble and ask for help, and they say they will help, then they are called lobbyists. No, they are our friends," Dodik said. He stressed that nothing was given in exchange for the lifting of US sanctions. "The sanctions were unjust, undeserved, made no sense, and humiliated the USA. They did cause us certain problems, but Trump and his administration saved America's face by removing sanctions that made no sense," Dodik said.
