VULIĆ: WE WILL KEEP FIGHTING TO CORRECT ALL OF SCHMIDT’S INJUSTICES AND WRONG DOINGS

BANJA LUKA, MAY 11 /SRNA/ - The SNSD will continue, institutionally and legally, to fight in order to correct all injustices and wrong doings that Christian Schmidt has done to Republika Srpska, said Sanja Vulić, the head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.

“Schmidt came without a relevant UN Security Council decision, and he is leaving without it,” Vulić said at a press conference in Banja Luka. According to her, the first issue SNSD will deal with will be the annulment of all acts that Schmidt has unconstitutionally imposed. “The second issue is the Constitutional Court, which, finally, with Schmidt’s departure, can return to legal and constitutional principles of operation so that it can work freely and impartially. The third issue is: to whom did Schmidt pay hundreds of millions of BAM, with whom was he in deals, and whether it went to him or… Let’s ask Germany whether they know where that money is going,” she said. Vulić emphasized that a particular issue will be the large-scale procurement of new technologies for the Central Election Commission /CEC/ of BiH. “Nowhere in the world can 17 million be less than six. That can only happen in the CEC, which belongs to Schmidt. It is also outstanding issue whether the Law on Personal Data Protection was violated. Those of us who voted for that law claim that it was,” she said. She added that SNSD will only further deal with the CEC in the coming period. “We expect BiH to finally return to constitutional frameworks,” Vulić concluded. The OHR announced that Christian Schmidt had made a personal decision to leave BiH.
