ALL SCHMIDT'S DECISIONS SHOULD BE ANNULLED; CALLS TO IMPOSE LAW ON STATE PROPERTY INSANE

JAHORINA, MAY 12 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić says that all Christian Schmidt's decisions should be annulled and everything returned to its previous state.

JAHORINA, MAY 12 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić says that all Christian Schmidt's decisions should be annulled and everything returned to its previous state.

Minić described as insane calls by some politicians for Schmidt, on the eve of his departure from BiH, to impose a law on state property He stated that Schmidt's actions have set the region back. "Schmidt gave the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH, institutions hostile toward everything coming from Srpska, tools and mechanisms, and amended laws outside all procedures. All of this was an attack on President Dodik," Minić told the press on Jahorina. He pointed out that due to the assertiveness of the international factor, Republika Srpska was forced to form three governments. "We had to form three governments so that no decision of the Government would be called into question," Minić said. He expressed hope that colleagues from the FBiH would not think like Srpska Vice President Ćamil Duraković, who requested that Schmidt impose a law on state property, but would instead be ready to suspend all laws not adopted by the BiH Parliamentary Assembly. Minić states there is no state property in the Dayton Peace Agreement. He added that the Republika Srpska Geodetic Administration registered all forms of state ownership that previously existed, on the basis of which privatization was properly carried out.
