SUPPORT CONFIRMED FOR THE GAS PIPELINE PROJECT FROM BATAJNICA TO SRPSKA
TREBINJE, MAY 23 /SRNA/ - The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Savo Minić, said that support for the gas pipeline that will run from Batajnica to Republika Srpska was confirmed today at a meeting with the Prime Minister of Serbia, Đuro Macuta.
Minić stated that Serbia is working on this and that the gas quantities necessary for the functioning of both Serbia and Republika Srpska will be compatible. "We already have some preliminary estimates on how and in what way this will be done, and how many pumping stations there will be. We consider the meeting on June 1 and 2, as far as I am aware, in Tuzla, to be very important, where representatives of Serbia, Republika Srpska, and the FBiH will, I hope, go a step further, and that it will have a significant epilogue and progress," Minić told reporters in Trebinje.
